The primary ignition sources of diesel vehicles are as follows:
(1) the intake pipe of the diesel engine directly leads to the diesel engine’s combustion chamber, and the flame during combustion may return to the surrounding atmosphere through the intake system at high speed.
(2) The diesel engine exhaust system has flame and spark emissions.
(3) even if the fuel supply is cut off, the diesel engine may continue to operate due to the inhalation of combustible substances or even overspeed.
(4) as high as 300 ~ 500℃ diesel engine exhaust system hot surface temperature and other parts of the surface temperature may exceed the minimum ignition temperature of many combustible substances.
(5) Electric arc and spark generated by electrical components.
(6) Electrostatic sparks are generated by friction and collision.
