2、 Maintenance method of forklift mainboard
1. The forklift mainboards of various models are very different, but the same thing is that each forklift mainboard must be composed of various integrated blocks, resistors, capacitors, and other devices. Therefore, the damage to the forklift mainboard must be caused by the damage of one or some devices. The idea of mainboard maintenance is established based on the above factors. Circuit board maintenance is divided into two parts: detection and maintenance, in which detection occupies a critical position. Check and test each device’s basic knowledge on the forklift’s mainboard until the bad parts are found and replaced, and then a circuit board is repaired.
2. The critical point of forklift mainboard maintenance is to detect faulty components. Detection is the process of carefully finding, determining, and correcting the fault of each electronic component on the board. Some SMT components of the main board tested by multimeter are tiny. It is very inconvenient to test and repair with standard multimeter probes. First, it is easy to cause short circuit, and second, it is unsuitable for the circuit board coated with an insulating coating to contact the metal part of the component pin. Here we tell you a simple method, which will bring a lot of convenience to the detection. Take two minimum sewing needles, close them to the multimeter probe, take a thin copper wire in a multi-strand cable, bind the probe and sewing needle together with thin copper wire, and then solder them firmly. In this way, there is no risk of short circuit when measuring those SMT components with a probe with a small needle tip, and the needle tip can pierce the insulating coating and tamp the essential parts directly, so there is no need to scratch those films.

4. Maintenance method of standard power short circuit fault of forklift mainboard
In the maintenance process of forklift mainboard, if the short circuit of public power supply is encountered, the head is often extensive because many devices share the same power supply. Each device using this power supply is suspected of a short circuit. If there are few components on the mainboard, the short circuit point can be found. A power supply should supply adjustable voltage and current, voltage 0-30V, and current 0-3A. Adjust the open-circuit voltage to the device voltage level, adjust the present to the minimum and repair the forklift motherboard.
