After the forklift is repaired, check whether the forklift has returned to normal. The test shall be carried out on a hard and flat road, and corresponding labour safety measures must be taken. Inspect the following items:
1、 The spare parts replaced after repair shall have the inspection certificate or the signature and seal of the quality reviewer;
2、 Check whether the forklift parts are complete and whether the appearance quality is fastened to prevent it from tripping by itself;
3、 Check whether the accessible (without disassembly) thread joint is fastened to prevent it from tripping;
4、 Check the liquid level of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and brake oil in corresponding boxes and oil tanks;
5、 Check whether all monitoring instruments and control devices are standard;
6、 Check the unrestricted stroke adjustment of the brake pedal and forklift clutch pedal; Check whether the steering wheel is parallel;
7、 Check the maximum lifting height and the vertical distance from the upper surface of the horizontal section of the fork to the ground when the forklift is fully loaded, the gantry is steep, and the fork is raised to the maximum;
8、 Measure the maximum lifting speed. When the gantry is vertical, the forklift is fully loaded, the shift lever is in neutral, the engine throttle is fully open, and the distributor handle is pulled to the limit position, measure the average speed of the fork through the middle 2m stroke;
9、 Check the inclination of the gantry, and the maximum inclination of the gantry forward and backward relative to the vertical position when the forklift is unloaded;
10、 Measure the sliding rate of the forklift and the self tilting rate of the gantry. When the gantry is vertical, the forklift is lifted to the maximum height without load, and the engine and distributor are turned off, measure the falling distance of the forklift and the change value of the gantry Inclination after 10min;
11、 Measure the maximum running speed. When the forklift is fully loaded, the engine throttle is fully open, and the gear lever is in the highest gear, the forklift starts to travel a certain distance, and then measure the time taken to pass the space of 25m and 50m twice, respectively, and take the average value;
12、 Measure the turning radius. When the forklift is unloaded, turn the steering wheel at the lowest operating speed, measure the turning radius at the outermost and innermost sides of the forklift, and measure the front, rear, left and right turning operation four times respectively to obtain the maximum value;
13、 Measure the braking distance. At the beginning of the test, the forklift is unloaded, and the forward speed is 20km / h. When the forklift driver leaves the acceleration distance plate, put the gear lever in neutral, immediately use the foot brake for emergency braking, and measure the sliding distance of the forklift from braking to parking. No-load braking distance shall not be greater than 8m;
14、 Check the parking brake, park the forklift on a dry and flat hard slope, tighten the parking brake, and meet the full load braking on the design climbing slope;
15、 Check the working condition of the forklift within one hour, check the coolant temperature of the forklift engine and the oil temperature of the transmission device, which shall not exceed the allowable value. Observe the average temperature rise of the primary transmission device, differential and brake hub through the hand feeling, which should be based on the principle of no hot hand;
16、 Check the noise and vibration of forklift, which shall not exceed the allowable value;
17、 Check the oil in each box, oil groove, conduit and connecting parts, and there shall be no leakage;
