1. The role of forklift gearbox
Since the engine cannot be reversed, the forward and backward movement of the forklift is also handled by the transmission.
The primary role of the gearbox is to adapt to the vehicle in a variety of road conditions to start, accelerate the climb and smooth road high-speed driving. The gearbox will be the engine output torque and speed to transform so that it ADAPTS to driving requirements.
In addition, the gearbox can also cut off the operation and drive system of the engine for a long time and separate from each other.
2. Application of forklift gearbox
When shifting gears or shifting gears, the accelerator pedal (accelerator) should be relaxed until the oil is cleared, then step down the clutch pedal and push or pull into the gear to be hung quickly and correctly.
Release the clutch.
When shifting, it is not allowed to push or pull hard to make the gear crash.
3. Hydraulic torque converter and gearbox
(1) The hydraulic transmission gearbox used by 1.5T a 3T forklift comprises a hydraulic torque converter and a power shift gearbox with a front and a rear gear, respectively.
The installed torque
The converter is a single-stage, two-phase and three working wheels comprehensive torque converter.
The hydraulic torque converter makes the hydraulic transmission with automatic adaptability of hydraulic transmission output, can change its output torque and speed with the change of external load, and can absorb and eliminate the impact vibration from the engine and external load on the transmission system.
Hydraulic transmission is output by differential half-shaft gear.
The shift mode adopted for power shift and with a micro-valve, buffer valve so that the operation is simple, convenient, stable starting, significantly reduce the operator’s labour intensity.
(2) The torque converter of the hydraulic transmission gearbox used by the 5T~6T forklift is a single-stage three-phase four-wheel comprehensive torque converter. The characteristics of a large torque ratio, high efficiency, wide efficiency range, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
It has two gears forward and backwards, with soft and stable operation characteristics, and has the characteristics of fretting.
4. Forklift gearbox maintenance needs to be known
(1) To ensure the life of mechanical parts and sealing components of hydraulic control oil circuit, control the normal pressure of oil circuit 1.1 / U1.4mpa
(2) The working oil is 20# steam turbine oil (or 6# hydraulic transmission oil) and turbine oil. The oil temperature should be 70-95 ~C, and the service time should not be too long if it is more significant than 95cC.
(3) Oil filter replacement and cleaning cycle, new car within 50h, every 200h, 1200h, the particular environment should be every 600h.
(3) When the forklift is shifting, the micro-valve should be closed before shifting;
When braking, you must first close the micro-valve and then brake;
To prevent clutch damage or brake failure.
