When the brake pedal resistance is soft, this phenomenon usually indicates air in the hydraulic brake system. The reason may be caused by the low height and leakage of fluid or oil in the design, or a damaged brake line or a new brake line. To remove air from the brake system, follow the procedure below.

1. Fill the storage tank with the correct fluid to 12.7 (. 50In) away from the container cover;

2. Apply pressure to the brake pedal and open the exhaust screw to release the gas from the system. At this time, still apply pressure to the brake pedal, close the exhaust screw, and then return the pedal to its original position;

3. Repeat step 2 as many times as necessary until there is no air in the brake fluid;

4. (if assembled): in addition to using other exhaust screws, please operate according to the procedures in steps 2 and 3 again;

5. Fill the reservoir with the correct fluid to the horizontal line described in step 1 above.
