1、 Brake control assembly:
1. Forklift brake drum; 2. Brake cam; 3. Brake shoe; 4. Rod; 5. Steering lever; 6. Return spring; 7. Pedal. When the brake pedal is diluted, the brake shoe is connected to the brake drum connected to the forklift drive motor. Then complete the braking operation.
2、Brake parts: 1. Brake pedal; 2. Spring; 3. master cylinder; 4. Brake shoe; 5. Drive motor; 6. Brake drum; 7. Reservoir.
3、 There is a piston in the master cylinder, which can push the brake fluid into the brake pipeline. A reservoir located on the fairing is connected to the inlet of the master cylinder. The supply line keeps the master cylinder full and no air enters the system. The reservoir supplies brake fluid to the system. When the brake pedal is pushed for the first time, the piston moves towards the master cylinder and pushes the brake fluid into the brake pipeline. When the floating piston is pushed on the isolation layer, the liquid in the piston rotates around the cup-shaped seal and flows out through the floating piston. This action will be held until the liquid pressure in the piston hole reaches the pressure to open the overflow valve. The liquid in the pushed piston has returned to the reservoir. The cup seal, the isolation layer, and the piston liquid are pushed through the piston and the outlet. The forced fluid passes through the brake line to the steering wheel cylinder in the brake assembly. When the pedal is released, the check valve in the master cylinder maintains a small amount of pressure in the brake line. This small amount of stress helps the brake assembly purge air from the brake system.
